This book is a leadership study wrapped in a fantasy story. Trust is built through shared risk, not words. Values only matter when they cost you something. Individuals don’t scale until they commit to something bigger than themselves. That’s real leadership — not theory. One of the best leadership work pieces I’ve ever read.
